Dale Glasser
Director of Operations
Dale is the founding member and president of Maple Cottage of Hendersonville. He has been married to Grace all of his life and has called Sumner County home since 2009. Beyond work and business, Dale’s vision has always been for Maple Cottage to minister to people every day. It is an honor and a pleasure to be surrounded and supported by a team that shares the vision.
Grace Glasser, RN
Care Advisor & Risk Manager
Grace has been a Registered Nurse for 40 years, focused almost exclusively on geriatrics and dementia care. She has performed at all levels of the industry from staff nurse to Director of Nursing, Nursing Home Administrator, Director of Operations for a mid-size company, and facility owner. Grace sees geriatric care as her ministry as well as her business, and strives to care for family members as well as residents. Grace has been married since the stone age and has four grown children and is expecting her 10th grandchild this autumn!
Paul Mesaros, RN
Executive Director of Maple Cottage Transitions of Portland
Paul begin his journey in the health care field in 2009 while first working as a Patient Care Technician while attending Aquinas Collage School of Nursing. He started working as a RN in 2014 and accomplished his dream-job in 2015 when he got a position as an ICU nurse. In 2018 he transferred to another hospital where he joined the Critical Care Unit. His drive to expend his skills and knowledge led him to more opportunities in specialized areas such as Rapid Response Team, Charge Nurse, ER, and Ultra Sound Guided IV Team.
Paul’s community service is just as vast. From an early age he served in local churches and multiple outreach programs. In his latest years he served as the Music Director, Youth Department leader, and an administrative board member in his church. He lead many youth and music teams to serve at the Nashville Rescue Mission and was directly involved in the Christmas concert non-profit events with his church.
In 2020 Paul and his wife Diana, achieved another long term goal and opened Silver Lining Home and Care, a Residential Home for the Aged where their vision is to provide care for total-care residents in a home and cozy environment. This new area of health care opened other great opportunities through which they came to know Grace and Dale Glasser and the Maple Cottage team. In January 2022, Paul joined Maple Cottage as Administrator and later that year took on the role of Executive Director and co-owner of Maple Cottage Transitions.
Diana Mesaros, RN
Business Manager of Maple Cottage Transitions of Portland
Diana has been a nurse for over 12 years and has been the Business Manager of Silver Lining Home and Care since its inception in 2020. She joined the Maple Cottage Team as Business Manager in 2022.
Diana and Paul have been married for over 15 years. Together they have three children, Tristan, Maddie, and Hopey. They currently attend Jonathan Edwards Classical Academy in White’s Creek, TN.

Amy is a US Air Force veteran, with a 10 year experience in nursing, ranging from Pediatrics, Surgery, and Geriatrics. She has a deep desire to take care of the aging adult, with a focus on Alzheimer’s and Dementia.
Cynthia Rugless
Activities Program Director
Cynthia Rugless Nashville native. She has been in this industry for over 25 years. She is married with 2 adult children and enjoys hiking, camping, reading, as well as being involved in the lives of senior community members. She is a valued partner in bringing the very best possible care and quality of life to our senior family members.
Rachel Hall-Allen
Administrator
Rachel Hall-Allen is an accomplished healthcare professional with over 18 years of experience with both patient care and administrative management. Her journey began as a Certified Nursing Assistant providing compassionate and comprehensive care to patients in a fast paced healthcare environment. Rachel also has 10 years of experience in scheduling, data entry and billing for four major MCO companies.
Rachel is a well-rounded individual with a variety of interests. She is always looking for new ways to learn and grow, both personally and professionally. No matter what she is doing, Rachel always brings a positive attitude and infectious enthusiasm.
In her free time, Rachel enjoys spending quality time with her family. She loves watching movies together, riding her motorcycle and painting canvas. She believes that family is the most important thing in life and cherishes every moment she has with loved ones.
